Take pros opionons (a wide variety) in how to change maps/agents
Map design challenge (let the community try to design a map and if one is good enough implement it)
Agent design challenge (same as above)
Take GC funding and hep funnel it into T2 (still keep GC but less prize pool as there is currently more incentive to be a GC pro than T2 pro and the end goal should be t2/t1 for GC not just stay in GC)
Make the first masters an actual masters (instead of kick off have a regular split)
Make the scedule start end of January, first masters March/April, second Masters July, Champs in October
Asencion is before Champs (spetember?)
Vet Asencion venues to all be the same throughout regions (none of thsi half online shit from emea or seeding for teams that dont even have the same players in apac)
VALORANT ACCOUNT VERIFICATION (phone number preferbly)
Dont let content creators smurf just for a video (iron to radiant etc)-its still smurfing
You can earn some VP (not a lot but maybe like 50/100) from finishing a battle pass
