Not gonna lie I think having bad grammar on casual stuff literally doesn't matter, like it's fully fine to. For work-related things, though, good grammar is SUPER important - I wouldn't hire someone that had anything below, like, this level of grammar on an application.
It depends on the occupation but this is generally true. Some occupations quite literally require the individual to consciously try to ease up their grammar down a notch to resonate with people (stand-up comedians writing scripts or practicing on-the-fly scenarios for example).
