phantom isnt a one shot kill but what difference would it make, like 1 or 2 kills more
bc phantom isnt 1 shot kill, his hs percentage would be lower compared to vandal as he needs to hit one more bullet and its highly likely to be a body shot. thats why i thought he could have got higher hs percentage or more kills
if it was a vandal he would whiff more
