with how short range his flashes are and the buffs to his dueling ability and heals phoenix feels like the next reyna, a ranked monster for smurfs and pubstomping but still weak in comp due to how risky his flashes and playstyle is

it wasnt as bad before because of how bad he was but it feels like riot is only exasperating this issue by leaning in to these toxic patterns even thought they said they were trying to avoid such with the reyna changes

They full-on committed to making Reyna a selfish agent with her last patch. I think Riot is just trying to clearly define each agent's identity moreso than incentivize proper teamplay
