Idk ab gc rules but 2023 EG was the same, since d1 identifies as Russian and jawg as cambodian

US/Russian citizenship. However, I'm not sure if he has a Russian citizenship. If he was born there I would think so

flag isnt always where you're from/based in it can also be the country they choose to represent ie their ethnicity

Pretty sure all of them are citizens in NA but choose to represent the country of their origin.
