"BLEED Esports was terminated due to its failure to comply with critical reporting requirements and other key obligations under the Team Participation Agreement."

In other words, this is another The Guard-esque situation, where the organization doesn't do what Riot tells them to and are losing their spot in tier 1 as a result.

Why are we all acting like BLEED is being relegated? Why are we all saying teams that have been doing poorly are going to be kicked out of franchising? That's not at all what's happening.

Imagine being the org, putting so much money in the scene just to get fucked over like this.

maybe they should've complied with critical reporting requirements and other key obligations under the Team Participation Agreement if they cared about all that money

I mean... yeah, it sucks for them, but they didn't do what was required of them which is entirely their mistake

  1. It's Yahoo Finance, don't worry

What could bleed be hiding so that they would be thrown out? it seems too unfair for them

I'm speculating that it could be another TGRD situation where they don't do what they're supposed to on time (no clue what that could be, it's just a theory)

"failure to comply with critical reporting requirements"
Did Bleed have some shady shit attempting to sign aspas?

Definitely a possibility, but it's very hard to know for sure, as this is likely between the org and Riot

Wrong. This isn;t the Guard situation, where didn't even sign the TVA and wanted to disband. This probably a case of shady stuff behind the scenes of bleed which Riot got to know of.

I don't mean a TGRD situation as in "we don't agree to your terms" but rather where the team fails to meet the requirements set by Riot, whatever those may be (deadlines, contracts, etc.)
