whats a good 1km time
When I started running, I did a specific workout each day of the week. Example: Monday a long run at medium speed, Tuesday a light walk, Wednesday I did 1 minute at my maximum speed with 1 minute of rest 15 times.
Basically that's how I evolved, nowadays I can do 5km easily, but I'm not that fast because I'm not that light. 1.86 92kg
