TDM observation

I usually play valorant at like 3am cause I work nights, sometimes when I play TDMs there is a player in the lobby who appears to be afk farming an account to level 20. They are always named something like e## (examples: e55, e70, e92), always lock sova, have the default banner, have high ping (typically 100+), and leave the spawn barrier only to then afk. Has anyone else noticed this? And are these actually account sellers or am I tweaking?

Those are 100% account sellers, and I report them every time in the small hopes that it's actually actioned upon
