well if they mentioned buyout theres a buyout, but yeah the contract dont need to have a buyout its up to the player and org during the negociation, usually they have.

It will depend on Aspas' decision. If they don’t agree to renegotiate the buyout, he will stay with the org, earning the highest salary and sitting on the bench without playing. Going to Bleed is not the best decision for his career, regardless of the money offered.
