Skrossi's operator is his mercy

As you all know, skrossi is the avatar of destruction, and no tier 2 scrubs can stand against him

But if you hear the thunderous sound of his operator, you are blessed, for in his infinite mercy he have given thou a free site. Follow the sound of his thunder and you'll win, flee from him and the sultan himself shall strike you down.

Why is SK rossi not using his chamber TP? He is only using it at start of round and either recalls it or takes TP within 10 sec of round and then just forgets. Chamber TP is what makes the agent broken and not using it should eb a crime.
Rossi's Chamber is not drilled and practiced enough
