Tracking vs flicking

I feel like tracking is very underrated for tac fps, most people say it’s not very useful compared to micro flicking or just flicks in general, but training tracking has really helped me out
Feel like my ability to control my mouse so so much better, my micro flicks improve, and I can more easily maintain good crosshair placement

tracking is important for fundamentals
its more effective to track opponents head while strafing than to flick to it
only in the highest level does flicking actually become important

Why do you believe flicking become more important at a higher level?

because for example pro players have a much higher level of mouse control and reaction time that results in faster flicks than tracking in many cases
although some pros do rely on tracking heavily still, and are still successful

Lower time to kill. Mechanics are just better at the top level, everyone is relatively the same consistency, so faster flicks/reaction time wins out.

Tracking is the most important skill imo

It's the fundamental for calm aim
