What if, Riot made it compulsory for every team to have atleast one player who has played in the Challengers league of the team's subregion?
So for context, PRX would need to have one player from MYSG compulsorily.
Is this ever going to happen? Not really. Is it realistic? No. But it is what it is.

Like I said this is not very logical but yes, they would have to get someone from challengers

Riot's franchising partner are chosen to represent their supposed subregion e.g dfm are supposed to represent japan properly , talon for Thailand prx for mysg etc. But most teams don't do that and riot doesn't enforce that, if you want to implement that rule you should have done that from the start. I hope dfm can represent japan PROPERLY tho.

I think the office in Berlin are for convenience purposes? Idk tho, they seemed to sign more cis players to me I don't think the trajectory will go down.

well he said that it's smaller than their Kyiv office and they use it more or less as a checkpoint for Riot hosted events or riot hosted meetings
