Nerf the range of the smoke (it's currently 80 meters, so maybe 64 or smth as to not go overboard)
Nerf oneways in general, not just for Omen (this could be complex to code but I'd reduce the amount of time a smoke lasts if it's not in direct contact with the ground)
Nerf one (or possibly more if you want) of Paranoia's range, width, or nearsight duration
Mayyyybe make Shrouded Step cost 150 but idk if that's fair
