Voice comms and team chat not working

I don't know what happened so suddenly today out of the blue I realized by voice comm wasn't working, like I can't hear my teammates and vice versa. The same for chat, I can't send any messages on chat, either team or all. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.
