I think the main reason why Korea or EU more successful at cybersport than NA is not cuz players are better or worse. Its just in NA in my opinion cybersport mostly viewed like entertainment. Meanwhile its some super serious shit in Korea where u can become nation wide superstar if u are good at LoL or Starcraft. And in EU cybersport is also much more professional rather than show/entertainment. Thus leads to organisations in EU/Korea playing bigger role in it's team development, using professional coaches and analysts and expecting much more work from players.
