Any tournament with "masters" in the name is a tier "1" tournament, theres no such thing as a mickey mouse tournament unless its full of tier 2 teams and below. Doesnt matter if its start of the year, teams just need to learn to get skill issued early on. Ask any pro if its mickey mouse or not, 100% they will say its not.
