Asian Teams VCT

I've noticed that Asian teams often struggle when a match goes to overtime or gets close, (like 12-9 or 12-10). It seems like they just crumble at some point. I thought it was just APAC teams, but maybe it's all Asian teams. From what I've seen, European and American teams don't seem to have this problem as much. Does anyone else notice this?

Maybe it's a Strat thing? Like some NA teams prepare for OTs specifically.

Tbh LEV are just crazy good on OT on Icebox.
