Main only one agent and be crack at it (lets say top 20%) and you understand its abilities perfectly. (Basically a one trick), but you are terrible at the rest of the agents in the pool.

Flex between 10 agents, you are good at 2 of them (Not great by your pretty good at them), mid at 5 of them and uncomfortable on the rest 3.
