You're kinda right. Xand it's the only brazillian player to play a Tier-S CS championship and he went 0-3. The other players are from exotic FPS.
cs and valorant are different games in terms of strategies. If Sentinels do become full-time cs pros and change the way they operate completely, they will certainly be low tier-1
Even tier 2 in CSGO is impressive, since it's already an established esports with good teams around for years.
They would be low tier 2 at best(top 30-50), low tier 1 means top 10-12 team in the world and trust me, compared to players who actually play at that level each member of Sen is a bot.

It is true that all sentinels players are tier 2-3 cs pros that never achieved a single trophy
Mens all NA Valorant is t2 cs:go scene if you know what I mean))
The reason why NA was so dominant its because in other regions situation with t2 switching was worse than in NA and North American teams had experienced cs:go IGLs and players while EU had totally washed (happy) or ex-casters/analysts (Fnatic Boaster an example) or t3 cs go players. Now 1,5 year after, many of washed players are also washed in Valorant too, because game is growing in skill everytime, top orgs have exp on LANs so NA dominance doesn't seem so obvious.
