Dephh was considered one of the top 10 Igl's ITW (bro fell off)
Zekken was the star fragger and could play sova and duelist at an extremely high level
Sacy and pancada were both coming off of a champions win where Pancada was the MVP and Sacy was considered top 3 initiator ITW
Tenz was coming off a down year but everyone still considered him one of the best players itw

It was definitely built as a superteam, just never turned out to be one

Pancada was the top performer at Champs 2022 btw. Just because he didn't work out for your team doesn't mean he is bad.

In terms of hype, NRG was the worse superteam.

At the start of 2023 everyone was hyping up C9 and 100T, not SEN

C9 and SEN were the most hyped teams until FNC just destroyed SEN and C9 destroyed themselves
100T good pre-season but nothing important everyone was with SEN "superteam"

NRG:

i actually think SEN was more hyped at the moment than NRG
dephh and pANcada wasn't what people expected and now are hated
but in the moment that was called a superteam everywhere

pancada def isnt hated, just wasnt the right fit, people remember the moments he had (Sherriff 4k clutch to name one) He just wasn't what we needed for the team to mesh well and Zellsis took that role and ran with it

nrg for sure, dephh last year had ayrin as another igl counterpart so transitioning from igling one half to igling fully was questionable and ended up being a disaster
