Eastern Europe is really only know for CS and Val though? I'll give them that but wouldn't say they're dominant in general.
CS appeared quite early in eastern europe and it was mainly considered as a cool distraction for the kids after school, so it was quite common for them to tryhard the CS series which develloped and made visible a lot of talents, I guess it kinda became a "culture" for those younger eastern european

Very few of them cares about the online fame which keeps them humble and they stay hardworking
i think the most dominant in all esports are the asains but in FPS games eastern Europe dominates
