all of t1 players get together in the off season draft a squad for about 2 months to play a tournament, this would be SICK ASF. yes i know the russians and the brazilians are gonna dominate but wouldnt it be awesome, riot can "fund" this by atleast providing the arena and computers to play on at the very least!
