EU and NA deserve 4 spots each which would make it total of 14 and then add 2 more from any other regions to make it 16 and we play 2 groups of 8 and everyone gets to play 7 matches letsgooooo

3a v 6b, 4a v 5b, 5a v 4b, 6a v 3b for other 4 spots in QF

Group stage best of 3
Playoffs best of 5 every match
Showmatch by players from losing teams on map breze before finals

Okay, it makes sense, but that way the NA teams would probably fight to get out of the group stage and become a punching bag for teams from stronger regions, reducing the level of competition. I believe that the way the Champions was distributed is the ideal

You want to distribute spots by giving at least one per region, followed by results based spots, and maybe you can factor in playerbase as well, not just for money if you care at all about the game being a good eSport.

Well I don't agree with his point, I was just saying that in his model, NA's gonna receive more spots because of the attention and sponsorship they bring the game. That would be the main reason why.
