Why would you jump off the map on the 2nd round?

I really dont understand the point. Denying ult orbs isnt that great of an answer because on these ecos, you still have the capability of winning the round, or atleast taking off a couple weapons. Especially when youre down 2 and a map as well. This just seems like a Cowards strategy G2. Just what i thought these frauds would do against a team like LEV

Its to deny the other team ult orbs from killing your team.

EDIT: Nvm you already addressed it on your initial post

lev can get over 1k extra credits from killing G2 players, as well as ult orbs

the reason ult orbs are so different for both teams (despite the player who gets the kill and the player who died recieving one) is because players on lev got multikills on the pistol, meaning they are closer to the orbs than g2 are.

also lev are a good team and getting guns from them would be hard

NA has the worst anti ecos to be fair either bad ult usage or full on throwing so honestly it was a bad call from valyn playing the round out was 100% better

Economically it is the same as dying to spike, but you get the added bonus of denying plant money to the attackers.

TBH teams should just punish this by buying full vandals/phantoms round 2 over util against a team who is known to jump off and then round 3 becomes a bonus rifle round.

yeah, it only works if unexpected. exactly what im saying

if you know a team will do it you can go vandals no armour with whatever util and then buy the rest and get a great chance at going up 4-0
