It's easy to farm EMEA when it's Alfajer running down redgar and minipoo. Even bleed would've made playoffs in EMEA.

Purp0 is one of the only good players in EMEA but with redgar on the team it's still very easy to win a 4v5 and run down their bombsites. Purp0 is also Russian like the other good players in EMEA. Every other country just doesn't have that same touch as the Russians.
