region is cooked isn't it i've heard the most complaints about the competitive T2-3 scene in apac and its really fucking scuffed some areas are playing on 60+ ping etc its so fucked and especially in apac which holds a LOT of players must be insanely frustrating along with the VCJ situation going on currently
