From what I saw in the Vct so far, some Turkish players looked really good mechanically. Do you think some of them will getting picked up by European orgs after the tournament and if so, who and which team?

they should stay in their scene. These teams have a lot of potential.
They have a couple of key issues:
Staying behind on the meta. Sterben and Aslan refusing to use other agents than omen, even though astra is much more viable.
No good Sova player. In contrast to CIS who have an overflow of good Sovas.
There are already some turkish players playing at european teams mr racista
Its so weird how Turkish people are so quick to take offense to trash talk and consider it racism. "Turkish players so bad" != racism.

Anyway if they can break the language barrier and play like Heretic's pAura or Acend's Cned, i think many org want to pick them
Combining player from all over EMEA to create strong team like FPX, Fnatic or Heretic does work tho
