This series is not a good example. FPX just took a piss and that happens sometimes. They've been showing a high skill ceiling this year and while they did get steamrolled today we should look at their year as a whole and acknowledge that they're a top team. Other CN teams are stepping up as well.

Do Americas deserve 4? Lev choking again Sen looking kinda meh kru we will see.
Do EU deserve 4? Fnc losing to drx, TV out classed, fut playing poor
Do Ape deserve 4? Paperrex all under performing team talon relying on new blood with 4 games under him belt.

The competition is just all getting better so if you wanted to remove a slot from China what region would you give it to? Because all regions are top heavy.

I’d say yes. We already saw regions get extra spots last year and it didn’t mean better quality overall. Usually every region has 1-2 teams who are actually contending. Who knows what needs to be done to guarantee the best 16 teams. In my head it would be cool to make a mega LCQ between the 4 best non qualified teams from each region but it would make no sense logistically
