SEN vs GenG was close

Am I the only one who thinks SEN vs GenG was close? At least on haven, it was winnable for SEN. On attack, we threw the pistol that we should have never lost. Then we bounced back and for the last few rounds we started rushing B for some reason. That should have been a 7-5 half at least. On defense, we lost way too many clutches. For this reason only, I still have hope but ngl our map pool is not looking good. Am i just coping or what?

On haven they completely lost the track. Till the 8th round, I really thought They had a winning chance. Ascent wasn't even close. They got dominated on it

the rounds Sentinels were winning in the beginning were all based on winning individual duels and were unsustainable against GEN.G

SEN did throw some clutches/crucial rounds but difference in the reads and stratbook became obvious in the second half, Munchkin read Sentinels like a book, he was two steps ahead

yes defense was bad. I agree but we should have had a bigger buffer in attack. GenG is probably the best team itw and if the only way for us is up from here then I have confidence in this team making it to the next round. FPX could throw us a curveball but if we win that match comfortable, we should win against TH.

I think SEN looked solid in the first half of Haven. They looked confident in the gun rounds at least. But GENG just completely outcalled and outsmarted them over the course of the map to the point where it wasn't that close. Ascent was just GENG's map from beginning to end. Even when they threw that round where 3 players were detained you knew they would get right back on track and close the map soon after.

This isn't one of the close GENG games on the international stage. Their matches against FNC and FPX felt closer than this.

It was close during the first half of the first half on haven. Coming down to the wire each round. But after it seemed like geng just got a foot hold on sen and abused them. Ascent defense was a disaster bc they just ran them down with splits every round and raw dogging us in the ass hella hard until we almost got pregnant. Ascent attack was alright but it was over with the lead they had and ascent defense is op.

??? what does it have to do with anything? Players play bad or make individual mistakes and people criticize them , some people even hate them. Also, why do you need to generalize? How does that stop a SEN fan talking about macro level issues?

im saying you guys spend like hours atfer the game writing threads lie ''SEN TRUTH'' and then after like a day you go from that to actually it was close 🤓 *no it wasnt close the game on both maps was in full control of geng, all tho the only thing is they could have won some cluth rounds.

ascent sen had no chance
haven the first half was pretty close and SEN should have won the pistol and the second half it felt like GENG were in complete control
so maybe haven could have been like 13-11 or an ot game but even then I thought GENG were clearly the better team
