It's understandable, but considering his health issues he's better resting

Leo too passive, meta doesn't suit him
fixes role issues for the team and help chron play a more comfortable roles
FNC have looked the best they have all year since Hiro joined the team. I don't think they 'need' Leo like some make it seem.
