FPS issue

Hi, recently i upgraded my GPU from 1050 to 4060 and i been having some issues.

No matter the details i average the same FPS, so if i play Low settings it sits aroudn the 200+- and if i go high i average the same about 200+-, anyone knows why?

my specs

i7 9700
rtx 4060
16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz
MSI Z390-A PRO
Corsair CV650

the cpu is burning while the gpu sits unused

I'm not big on specs and stuff, but I've heard people say that Valorant isn't a GPU intensive game, and depends more on CPU performance
Anyway, unless you're on like a 360hz monitor you don't really need any more than 200 fps

You need a starforge PC from sentinels.

bad cpu, u should look up best cpus for 4060 and buy one that fits and u can afford
