He just sets a goal not smurfing. Also, why can't people have other accounts to play with other than their main.
you can have alts but riots thought process was that he purposely placed in lower ranks (part of the challenge) when hes not anywhere near that rank causing smurfing. playing your placements and placing what you deserve is completely fine since every person in the top 15k would be banned
