its the job of the coach to make sure people are working effectively and efficiently in and out of practice. they also need manage players personalities with each other especially ego and things like that. its that way in all sports/esports
If they don't want it then chet can not only bench the players for poor performance like he did with Demon1 and Marved but also communicate with leadership to kick them out. This isn't some fairytale he actively showed he could do this.
