Because if either of them finish 4th in playoffs they'll always have more circuit points than RRQ or TS right? So are PRX, DRX and GenG all confirmed for champs now?

Yes you are ordered 1-4 based on how you finish in playoffs. With 4th seed being the team going in by points

it didn't have it on here, it literally just said PRX qualified and no one else which is why I was confused

Rest of the games are now for seeding and prize money. Seeding is assuming riot uses previous years seeding for champs of each group has no one else from same region and each group is seed 1 from region 2, 3, 4, all from different regions.
