I don't think there's seeding for champs they could compete for the regional trophy and prize pool
Rest of the games are now for seeding and prize money. Seeding is assuming riot uses previous years seeding for champs of each group has no one else from same region and each group is seed 1 from region 2, 3, 4, all from different regions.

Yes you are ordered 1-4 based on how you finish in playoffs. With 4th seed being the team going in by points
