clarify relegation of VCT teams

Is there any relegation for VCT teams except challenger winner or no? so confusing

riot owns the slot
so if the orgs fuck up they can get relegated

I'm 99% sure that the franchised teams all have contracts until a certain year. My guess is that it'll be renegotiated then. Maybe some teams drop out, not sure.
