partially id say, NRG core in general have just choked a lot in highstakes games

I think they just got outgun and progressively they played worse (choke). Idk who to blame but fns igl got them to 12 5 idk how they couldn't manage to win a round after.

yeah OXY looked like a beast as well. he was farming the whole series and gave c9 the momentum needed to close sunset and icebox

C9 better drop the bag on Oxy he genuinely carried them this series. That icebox was looking so bleak if it wasn't for him keeping up those kills and playing like a monster they would not have the mental to bring it back after that first game.

agreed, it's very likely vic & crashies will be dropped. i REALLY hope they get another chance in T1 especially since many players just need a breath of fresh air.

off the top of my head i can't think of any players that play hard entry + initiator in americas though so if they do bring back diamond1 then they will have to change roles

I mean the guy aims like a gold4 player on steroids. U'd think he would have improved a little bit in the fragging department after the break he had but nope. Guy is so ass. But somehow NRG still look better than what they did all year so idk.

Maybe they need to get s0m on duelist and let him be THAT guy, and bring marved back on smokes and get victor out

I mean fair point fns is inconsistent and some of those kills he could have gotten might have won them a round but his igling truly did look like it improve NRG a lot.

He got progressively better with every game, also why are you pretending like he was playing the game every day during his off time? He doesn't touch the game for 7 months almost and makes this NRG look way better than the superteam.

well we all kinda knew from past teams that putting 5 stars on one team doesnt make it a superteam.
But Im not pretending like fns played the game every day during his off time cus it wasnt like he completely left valorant and did something completely different the past 7 months. Hes been playing alot of ranked games with s0m, watching TONS of vct games with tarik etc.
