idk about 31/4
but in 2021 SicK went 21/4 against fuzz clan i think

yeah i think 31/4 is so hard to get because if you're putting a performance like that the game is probably a beat down and would be 13-4 something so not enough rounds
only player I can see do it is flor smurfing in gc

I only remember that fracture game against acend in champs final but even then he wasn't 31/4 iirc

Personally I think skRossi (A promising upcoming player from South Asia region) would have a great chance at achieving this Statline on a strong agent such as Jett or Reyna if he had the right support and team around him (for example if/when he signs with Geng/Sen/TH)

you pretty much need 2 kill every round in a 13-4 game or longer if you had some saves. So definitely possible i think, especially if you're stomping a zombie comp
