Astra, Brim, Harbor buffs

Astra, Brim and Harbor are struggling hard, in pro but especially ranked for Astra and Harbor.

would love to see Astra's 5th star back, maybe Brim range increase? and maybe a buff to Harbor's ult? because it feels very underwhelming in practice.
Omen is absolutely dominating (70%+ pickrate in every league) and Viper nerfs seem to have fixed her. I don't think Omen needs a nerf, so i reckon some buffs to the other controllers would be a good move.
