VCL allow 2 imports only the partnered league allows 1 import. So even if Yotaa is an import they're still fine. That is the case for DRG, since they have 2 imports Zeno and v00kashu. same with JDG/RA

CN had 2 import slot for tier 2 that also might be the case for other regions. also scarz playing with 2 russian last ascension.for the one saying tixx is not import because he from APAC.no he is,that rule only apply for VCT pacific not japan challenger they still need to japan residency to not be considered as import
