What's a roster move that messed up the whole team

It could just be the bad luck of someone leaving or him being such a crucial part of the team that his departure screwed up the whole team

For me a good example of this was Xeta retiring ( not like t1 was incredibly good back then ) it seems after his retirement everything just went downhill
Another one was when jinggg left for a short time but the impact of it was seen as monyet was not successful at filling jinggg's role

ZETA losing crow, TENNN and XQQ
(T2 shenanigans) FENNEL replacing Derialy with TENNN
BLEED losing Juicy and Nephh

xeta and coach autumn getting transferred from c9 to t1. that also screwed c9
