Help me find our if my friend is Smurfng

Help me find our if my friend is getting boosted.

Yesterday I was inviting my friend to play and someone on his account said "bro I am not the owner of this account" and "I am just boosting". I have screenshots but I don't know how to send them on vlr.gg
He is Silver 1 in his main account and Gold 1 in this account that he is (maybe) getting boosted on. Also, yesterday I also saw his main account and his Gold account both online at once which made me believe even more that he is getting boosted in his Gold account because how can the same person be playing in 2 accounts?
Twist is, that we I asked him about it and he said that he thinks his Gold account got hacked and someone else is playing on it.
Then Why would someone else be boosting his account?
I have many questions.

are u bronze or something why do u care if he is getting boosted his L he can't improve in the game and has to result in boosting or am i misunderstanding what u are trying to say

All it take is 10 loses in a row to get back where he actually started
