champ teams?

What are the teams from each region that seem to get into champs no matter how bad their roster did earlier in the splits? My are:

Pacific: ZETA
EMEA: TL
Americas: KRU/100T

I feel like these teams will also get into champs 2024 just because of some magical bs they have.
