Public searches are not that common in this industry. Usually teams already have a curated list with their candidates.

i see. But they had good opportunities and they choose and blamed there players. GE fans are just too over with that. I do watch game but Spin dont have anti-starts to begin with and he blames players and just makes excuses isnt that bad for coaches perspective??

it prolly was sham recruitment to show fans we are open in reality he will pickup whatver fraud vatsal says (their head of esports tier 5 overwatch pro) just like how orgs posted recruitment for players when franchising was announced. Requirements being - 'immo 2 or above'
