GE coaching staff is questionable

At what point with the CEO come down from this imaginary head of the table position he thinks he is in and understand that his coaching staff is seriously flawed. You had so many good players last season and ended with 3-4 wins all year? At that point you gotta admit something is wrong.
Is he blind or is he really slow?
Apparantly they are also just practicing 4 hours of scrims a day and calling it quits. Like as a coach, your job is to forcefully make them practice and make them understand what is wrong with the team. But I don't see any of that. Negetive aura fr.

If we talk about what they can do, they can do a lot of things. Sign a competent coach, bring in some young talent which will last you for 3 more seasons, force the players to practice longer. Whether they will is another thing.
