i don't think they should make changes .
i mean the entire point of being a ORG in valo is brand value(good placements top 3 or above) and clout(views and bundle buyer's) PRX is doing well in both categories with their current lineup while also being one of the best teams of all time it makes zero sense for them to split up when all it takes is one good run at a tourney so they can have there cake and eat it too its simply too good to pass up so you can maybe win a tourney or two instead of a consistent job with decent security which is almost unheard of unless your a big streamer
