The rule that could fix Americas

Riot should make a rule that prohibits tier 1 from training with tier 2.

Hear me out:

Americas has a problem with competitive integrity, NA teams are Far more benefited with americas than LATAM and Brazilian teams because they can train with their own tier 2 teams, increasing the level of the reagion as a whole and making the ascention actually a unfair tournament, Impossible to be considered fair because tier 2 from Brazil and LATAM doesn't get the chance to play the game in a tier 1 level.

With this simple rule, competitive integrity would be fixed in franchise Americas, It would make It fair for the others reagions that cannot play with tier 1, and make them actually have a chance of getting a non American team in franchise.

This isn't a Americas problem, it's a USA problem.

An American went to a trip here in Brazil with his wife pregnant, his wife was Brazilian with a Green card that was married in USA, she entered in the country and her son unexpectedly was born here in the lasts days of their trip.

Do you believe that they can't get to their country anymore with their daughter? Because the kid was born in Brazilian soil, and USA doesn't recognize the kid for not having a bilateral agreement with Brazil.

real fix is to not have a partnership/franchising system. It ruined cs, its beeen awful in valorant, cod and overwatch franchising also sucks. we should really go back to the old system

How is that Americas exclusive ? level of east Asian teams is higher because they get better access to Seoul franchised teams, South asia, Australia indonesia can either cry or play with conditions&high ping they have

Maybe USA and Korea where the worst possible choice ?
If team got huge problem with VISA in USA maybe they should move to Canada, Mexico, Colombia or even Brasil. Same for Asia, maybe Japan or SG are better choice

Maybe the opening of Colombian server might make it possible ?
The distance between LA and NY is 4k km, while the distance between LA and Bogota is 5k6 (x2 the distance between LA and Chicago),maybe it's enough with a good connection to play in Bogota ?

Bro you have 3 pro teams, if they are trash they are able to fire everyone and just hire a full T2 roster

T2 NA scrim against t1 Teams while Brazilian T2 scrim against GC teams, ofc they will beat the T2 NA who can absorb knowledge from T1 teams.
