Hiro probably, he's played pretty much every role at the vcl level. Although they might allow chronicle to flex more as he has shown to be a great sova in the past.
leo is the strongest member of fnatic for multiple reasons, they will struggle without him and hiro just brings aim ability
bro can play literally every agent in the game, very fluent in english and a very smart player
ofc he cannot replace a player like Leo fully but I'm pretty sure that he will do good
