idk maybe its elo diff but i was kinda owning with ISO. the shields he gets after every kill was already insane

Wasn't great before this patch tbh. This patch makes him the strongest character in the game currently and hes legit a ranked cheat code rn. Every game you go into in immortal+ the dude is instalocked in 2-3 seconds.
