zeta has regressed so much by hiring coach carlao. it shows a international coach with language issue is not the answer. that why china shouldnt hire international coach like people suggest. zeta desperately need a XQQ or another japan coach.

what a international coach with language issue has worked out? any example
Honestly I don't know any such case but I still think language issue shouldn't be that big of a problem for coaching if you have a assistant coach with the knowledge of game and translation skills.
frost on talon is an international coach fielding a team that went 4-1 last split
they have 2 import and crws can speak english very well not sure about the other 2
true, language issue is real same thing happen with DFM that got 0win last year with HSK coach which is korean
can't execute a plan if your player doesn't fully understrand the language.
knowing japanese people doesn't express their feeling and though so much instead they just nod and accept their downfall.

It's one thing to translate comms to a player who doesn't speak the main language (ex. FPX and DRG), but having to translate the coach's plans? Yeah that shit's going nowhere
